Spotify application for Symbian is certainly a must-have: with great graphics, transparency and animations for Symbian touch phones, it’s the application to have if you like the convenience of having the access to unlimited amount of music.

However, the initial version of Spotify contained some bugs. Luckily Spotify has now released first update to its Spotify client application for Symbian devices that fixes a number of issues with the initial release and adds support for some new models. It fixes, among other things, the bug of adding songs to an existing playlist on Nokia 5800.

Updated Spotify application (v 0.3.22) includes:

•  A fix for disappearing offline tracks.
•  A fix for the problem when adding tracks to existing playlists on touch screens.
• Text input of special characters now added, e.g. Norwegian and French.
• Text input on special types of keyboards now added, e.g. non-touch phones with dual keyboards.
• New devices supported include the Nokia E72, Nokia N82, Nokia 6110 Navigator, Nokia 6210, Navigator,Nokia 6290, Nokia N79.
